My work is grounded in a theology of communication: that every voice, every story, and every silence holds divine potential. When aligned with love, our communication becomes a force for healing, justice, and belonging.

I am passionate about all things communications, The Episcopal Church, theology, building beloved community, and cultivating wholeness through spiritual practices. I am an experienced Episcopal communicator and a creative. I love making art, both digital and organic, singing, playing music, reading, dancing, and hiking.
