Fees and Appointments

Free Consultation – 15 minutes: We’ll spend a quarter hour on the phone and and make sure we’re a good fit. Our conversation will give you an idea of what coaching is like and if you are familiar with coaching, what psychospiritual life coaching looks like. If we feel we are a good fit and would work well together, we can discuss moving forward.

Initial Session – 1.5 hours: When we decide to enter into a coaching relationship, you will fill out my welcome forms (see Welcome Forms page). The information you’ll be asked to provide includes your professional and some personal background, goals and dreams and what you’d like to get out of your coaching.  If you’re not yet clear on your vision of what you want from coaching, do not worry. Discernment can be an important part of the coaching process. Explain what you can. Part of our work together will be to define your purpose.

Coaching Sessions – You’ll receive 3 one-hour sessions per month.  We can do these sessions over the phone, via Skype or in person if you live in or wish to commute to the Columbia, SC area. During each session you’ll design your own homework that will get you closer to creating the life you want to live.

Please Note: I require a minimum 3 month commitment. Finding your purpose and making big shifts take time.

Fees:  $300 per month — minimum 3 month commitment.  Please contact Carrie for more information. An extra individual session can be added each month for a fee of $110.

**Full payment is required up front and the cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. Payment is accepted via personal check, credit card or Paypal.
